The District Council Rawalpindi approved the NOC, granting the developers permission to develop approximately 10,000 Kanal of land. This approval was finalized in December 2021, allowing for the development of various blocks within Blue World City Islamabad.
Initially, the Rawalpindi Development Authority approved BWC Islamabad. Following the transition of authority to local district councils, the District Council also authorized the project. In December 2021, after assuming authority over housing societies, the District Council granted NOC approval for Blue World City.
